Why is the App Not Working?
I'm so sorry that you're experiencing struggles with the Ketosource app. I do understand how frustrating this is.
The app suffered from its success, with a technology platform that got overloaded by its popularity and the number of users. So we are now in the middle of migrating the Ketosource app to a new and much better technology platform that removes the issue and sets a stable technology foundation for future growth.
If you want to get early access to this beta you can simply contact the team with your request [email protected]. They will add you to the early access waitlist and contact you as soon as we add the next group of users. To set your expectations, we add new groups every 2 to 4 weeks.
