How to Get Back Into Ketosis?

As soon as you realise that you are off track, draw a line in the sand, and get right back on your plan. All you have to do is:

  • Start eating only keto-friendly foods

  • Continue eating only keto-friendly foods

It's that easy. Nothing special to do but get back to your diet. It takes up to three to seven days to get back into ketosis eating only keto-friendly foods.
